1. Eligibility and Account Registration

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
vvjl444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a valid Philippine government-issued ID — to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension pending verification.
One account per person, per household. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, or accounts that share a device, IP address, or payment method with another account under suspicious circumstances, may be treated as duplicate accounts. vvjl444 will suspend duplicate accounts and may forfeit any associated balances.
2. Account Rules and Responsibilities
Your vvjl444 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials — email address and password — at all times. vvjl444 recommends using a unique password not used on any other website and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.
- Do not share your vvjl444 account credentials with any other person, including family members.
- Do not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or deposit or withdraw on your behalf.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact vvjl444 support immediately.
- vvjl444 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of your account credentials being shared or compromised through your own actions or negligence.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether conducted by you personally or as a result of unauthorised access you did not promptly report.
vvjl444 accounts are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or offering to transfer an account to another person is prohibited and will result in permanent closure of both accounts involved.
3. Deposits and Payments
All deposits at vvjl444 are made in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa debit and credit cards, and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
- All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account holder's name does not match your vvjl444 registered name — will be rejected and returned to the sender where possible.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱200–₱500 for bank transfer and card methods depending on the specific channel.
- Deposits are credited to your vvjl444 account balance immediately for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day depending on the transfer rail used.
- vvjl444 does not charge a fee for processing deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are their charge, not ours.
- vvjl444 reserves the right to refuse or return a deposit if it is flagged by automated fraud systems, if the payment source cannot be verified, or if the deposit would cause your account balance to exceed applicable limits.
Note: A deposited amount does not automatically become withdrawable. If a bonus was active on your account at the time of deposit, wagering requirements may apply before any portion of your balance — including the deposited principal — can be withdrawn. Review the bonus terms carefully before depositing.
4. Withdrawals and Processing
Withdrawals from your vvjl444 account are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed basic KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal will be processed. This requires uploading a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
- Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. The method of withdrawal must generally correspond to the method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures.
- The minimum withdrawal amount varies by method: ₱200 for GCash and Maya, ₱500 for InstaPay and bank transfers, ₱500 for card withdrawals.
- Daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by VIP tier. Standard accounts (Silver tier) are subject to a ₱30,000 daily withdrawal maximum. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers have progressively higher limits.
- vvjl444 does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts. The amount you request is the amount dispatched.
- Withdrawals may be subject to a processing review period. vvjl444 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for compliance review without this constituting a refusal.
- Any withdrawal involving funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements will be declined until those requirements are met.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
vvjl444 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time of the offer.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided at expiry.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are generally tracked separately in your vvjl444 account. Real-money balance is typically used first when placing bets, unless the bonus requires otherwise.
- Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless specifically stated otherwise by the promotion.
- vvjl444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects the player is exploiting, abusing, or attempting to arbitrage the offer. Any winnings generated through bonus abuse will be voided.
- Players who have self-excluded or placed deposit limits on their account are not eligible to claim bonuses during any active restriction period.
Bonus abuse policy: vvjl444 uses automated monitoring to detect patterns associated with bonus abuse — including low-margin betting designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Accounts found to be systematically exploiting bonuses will have the relevant winnings voided and may be closed permanently.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all bets and game transactions at vvjl444:
- A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation reference number from the vvjl444 system. Odds are locked at the confirmed price and are not subject to change after confirmation.
- vvjl444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were demonstrably incorrect due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. Where a bet is voided, the stake amount is returned to your account balance.
- For sports markets, settlement is based on the final result of the event at the conclusion of scheduled play. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and overtime are included unless the specific market states otherwise.
- vvjl444 reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting on any market at any time without notice — for example, during a live event where the feed has been disrupted or where unusual betting patterns have been detected.
- In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or called off after betting markets have opened, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published in the vvjl444 Help section.
- Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. vvjl444 does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes.
- Bets placed using scripted tools, betting bots, or any automated system are prohibited. vvjl444 monitors for automated activity and will close accounts found to be using such methods.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vvjl444 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance, bonuses, or pending withdrawals:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person
- Providing false or misleading registration information including name, date of birth, or address
- Using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name
- Colluding with other players in any card, table, or casino game context
- Using any software, bot, script, or algorithm to automate betting activity
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors for profit
- Attempting to launder money or engage in any financial crime through the vvjl444 platform

- Accessing the vvjl444 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited and using a VPN or other tool to disguise your location
8. VIP Club Terms
The vvjl444 VIP Club consists of four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All registered accounts begin at Silver tier. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity over rolling assessment periods as defined in the VIP Club section of the platform.
- VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal speed, account manager access, and deposit limits — are applied automatically upon tier achievement and remain active until the next tier review period.
- vvjl444 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and assessment periods at any time with advance notice communicated to affected players.
- A player whose account is suspended, restricted, or under investigation may have VIP benefits temporarily withheld for the duration of the review.
- VIP status and any associated benefits are non-transferable. They cannot be gifted, sold, or passed to another account under any circumstances.
- Players who self-exclude from vvjl444 during a VIP tier period will have their tier status preserved upon return, subject to vvjl444's discretion, but accrued cashback is forfeited during the exclusion period.
9. Privacy and Data
vvjl444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. The types of data collected include registration information, transaction history, betting activity, device identifiers, and communication records.
- Data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud detection, responsible gaming compliance, and platform improvement.
- vvjl444 does not sell personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
- Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or fraud prevention services where legally required or permitted.

10. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit cap in your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

- Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 weeks. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

- A regulatory or law enforcement direction requiring account restriction
- The player is found to be underage
- The player requests permanent self-exclusion
- The player's jurisdiction becomes one in which vvjl444 is no longer permitted to operate
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance including bonuses may be forfeited. Where closure results from regulatory compliance, vvjl444 will endeavour to return verified deposits to the originating payment source, subject to applicable law.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account for any reason other than self-exclusion may do so by contacting vvjl444 support. Any remaining real-money balance after satisfying any pending withdrawal conditions will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vvjl444 and its affiliates, officers, directors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
- Any financial loss arising from gambling activity conducted through the platform, including losses incurred through legitimate game outcomes
- Interruptions in service caused by technical failures, third-party outages, network issues, or force majeure events beyond vvjl444's reasonable control
- Loss of data or account information caused by the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials
- Decisions or actions taken by the player in reliance on odds, game information, or sports data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to have been inaccurate due to data feed errors
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13. Amendments to These Terms
vvjl444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — vvjl444 will provide advance notice via:

- An email to your registered email address
- An in-account notification
Continued use of the vvjl444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
